Hi! I'm Sophia T Lara, Accomplished Leader with 10+ years of impact across design innovation and process development. I'm highly skilled at adapting to new technologies and specialize in building effective processes, systems and teams from the ground up. Background in textile design, fashion & apparel.
WHAT I'VE DONE
Starting as a textile designer for the home and contract furnishing industry, I worked with a domestic textile mill designing and developing new products. I then moved into the apparel industry designing fabrics for Men's Dress Shirts. From there I moved into the world of accessories as a CAD Designer and had the opportunity to develope and lead a brand new 3D team for Coach. One of my favorite projects has been managing the support of all the 3D content for Coach Create.

WHAT I DO
I am currently working as a freelancer and consultant. I partner with brands to develop their 2D content as well as to consult on 3D supply chain integration . I love to work collaboratively, finding ways to continually innovate and drive the businesses forward. I've been lucky to build a career that suits my unique skill set of creativity and analytics as well as my knowledge of supply chain and love for technology!
